2) Pension Plan – the Company proposes:
a) Anyone under the age of fifty (50) as of 09/01/10 to reduce your pension benefit by excluding overtime and eliminating the spousal survivorship benefit.
3) Sick Leave – the Company proposes:
a) The Pepco Sick Leave Policy which includes:
b) Reducing our current sick leave benefit (number of days)
c) Reverting back to full and half pay sick days and
d) An accrual system of 5 days per year for short term leave.

a) To eliminate it for all incumbents and new hires.
5) For New Hires: – the Company proposes:
a) To reduce their pension multiplier from 1.6% to 1.3%.
